☺ ¼ tsp Cayenne
☺ ¼ tsp Ginger
☺ 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
☺ 1 TBSP Honey
Mix them all together, and take about 1-2 TBSP as needed (I would say maybe 4-6 hours). This works especially well if you have a tickled throat or a cough that won't go away. The health benefits to this is also amazing.
